Ed Smith was amazingly helpful, and always quick to respond to emails. My case did not call for legal representation, but he still offered guidance for what I should do next. I would absolutely contact him again if I was ever in need of legal aid as he was clear in communication and willing to help (even when it was clearly no longer going to benefit him financially).
